Cancelling/Amending 

Due to the large volume of orders we receive during launches we are unable to cancel or amend

 

Refunds/Returns  (if applicable) 

If your item is returned within 14 days you may receive in-store credit for the amount of the item(s) you purchased (budget before you shop friends) 

Preorders, pre sales and special orders are not eligible for cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Sales are final. 

Jewelry, underwear, socks,  teethers, rattles,  swimwear, hats, shoes, socks, vintage clothing, pacifiers, cups spoons and hair accessories are not returnable.

Refunds are applicable to damaged items and must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@fivesunsboutique.com 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale, clearance or discounted items are exempt from the return policy. All Sales are final.  

Only regular priced items may be approved for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However If you need to exchange it for the same item, or a different size, send us an email shop@fivesunsboutique.com 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return. 

Shipping Returns 
To return your product, you should mail your product please send email and we will provide shipping details. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping 

Orders are processed and shipped within one to seven business days of the order being placed. 

Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier's volume during peak seasons.                                    

         

Domestic Shipping:                                                                           

Orders under $100 will receive a shipping charge 

Orders $100 and over ship for free.       

All international orders will receive a $20.00 flat rate shipping charge 

We ship via USPS. 

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received your package, we suggest calling USPS with your tracking information.  

Once USPS confirms delivery on the order, we are not responsible for the order.
